It was reported in a Swiss Newspaper that the actual candidate for the presidency of Haiti, Mr. Jude Celestin is not a graduate in Swiss School of Engineering. The newspaper could not even confirm whether Mr. Celestin attended their school.

Jude Celestin is one of the front runner in the 2010 Haiti Presidential election that will take place this coming Sunday.

He had claimed that he is an engineer with an engineering degree from Swiss School of Engineering. After High school, it was reported that Celestin went on to study engineering in Switzerland and received a degree in Mechanical engineering from The Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, a leading institution of science and technology.

Jude works with the National Equipment Center and is in charge of the primary stated construction company in Haiti. He was handpicked by Rene Preval to run for this presidential election under the UNIT party platform. He is the president's son in Law.

According to the newspaper, Jude Celestin was in possession of a Swiss Residence Permit between 1983 and 1986. In 2007, he had a tourist visa from Switzerland for five days.

People who knew the Presidential candidate when he was living in Switzerland in the 1980s, said that Jude Celestin is a party lover. He spent most of his time in entertainment.
