What ever happened to those allegations by candidate Jacques Edouard Alexis that that "those in power were handling guns to supporters during the 2010 presidential election"?

On the eve of the 2010 Haiti election, no one could prove that the UNITE camp distributed guns to supporters to create violence. There were some isolated incidents involving gun fire during the campaign; however this was nothing compared to what candidate Jacques Edouard Alexis

The UN Mission for Stabilization in Haiti (MINUSTAH) reported that they investigated the allegation made by Mr. Jacques Edouard Alexis about the the arm distributions but they were unable to confirm the distributions or trafficking of weapons in Haiti during the 2010 election
