Gang leader Wagner Saint-Hilaire has been on the run since the 2010 earthquake. He has been one of the top criminals the Haitian police has been looking for.
According to Haiti national Police, Wagner Saint-Hilaire is specialized in crime involving car theft. He is accused for many crimes in the the area.
