Gang Leader, William Baptiste "Ti Blanc Pel�"

A victory for the National Police of Haiti. UDMO and Haiti SWAT team finally managed to neutralize a dangerous gang leader in Haiti. William Baptiste, known as "Ti Blanc Pelé" has been captured and is currently under the control of the National Police of Haiti.

This capture marks a two years evasion of Ti Blanc Pelé who was in prison before the 2010 earthquake. As you may remember, hundreds of prisoners escaped after the prison where most of them were collapsed.

The dangerous Chief of gang William Baptiste aka "Ti Blanc Pelé" at one point was in control of Simon-Pelé, a neighborhood of Cité Soleil.
