Seven hundred Haitians to be deported to Haiti this year

The TPS that was issued by the Obama administration was not for the Haitian that committed crimes in the United States. This year alone, more than seven hundred Haitians who have committed crimes will be deported to Haiti.
Now the question is: "Ki Kote tout Kriminel Ca Yo ap Vini"?
All these people are going to Haiti my friend because Americans can not handle them. Is the Haitian government better equipped to deal with these people?
According to U.S. policy, a Non United States citizen who is found guilty of a major crime is to be deported to their country after serving their sentence in a U.S. jail.

With 700 people scheduled to be deported in 2011, individuals who do not follow the law all the time, how should the Haitian government deal with them?
Different human rights groups complain about the fact that these individuals are detained in Haiti once they arrive. They accused the Haitian government of systematically detaining them upon arrival in Haiti.
According to officials of the Haitian government, the deportees are released to their families once family members have been identified. There are almost no services available for these deportees when they return to Haiti. Many try to go into English teaching.
We need to understand these people being deported to Haiti already served their sentences in a US Jail. They are deported to their original country after paying for their crime.
I don't know exactly what to do with these people. However one thing I know for sure is that they are no angels and will definitely will not start acting like angels once they get there.
