Jean Claude Duvalier “Baby Doc” was born in Port-au-Prince on July 3, 1951. He was only six years old when “Papa Doc” his father, took power.
In an early age, he learns how to handle firearms. He practiced many sports. As the only boy in his family, he loves fast racing, expensive cars and motorcycles with heavy engines. He drives all kinds. He studied in Haiti. It is reported that he‘s a very polite and simple man.
At age nineteen on April 22, 1971, he became the 38th President of Haiti, his father’s successor. He used to spend his weekends on the beaches or in Kenskoff with a lot of friends around him.
During the first nine years of his presidency, Jean Claude Duvalier remained single, enjoying life until on may 27, 1980 when he married lavishly a divorced mother of two, Michele Bennet. His marriage ended his mother’s regency.

Fearing for his life, Jean Claude Duvalier fled to France with his wife, his two children (Francois-Nicholas, and Anya), and other family members and friends. His fortune took a worse turn after divorcing his wife in 1990.
