It is an extended video. However, in this video, Bill Clinton discussed several issues related to Haiti.
This is the first time that the "Haitian Joudalist" learned that former Haitian President Jean-Claude Duvalier is actually sick and battling cancer.
Also, like no other one can, Bill Clinton explained that after its independence, Haiti was able to build a network of 27 fortresses on top of its highest mountains in a circular position so that if the French came back to take the country, they could move the entire country behind the wall of these forts where they would be able to protect the country.
Please watch the video as it the launch of Haiti Week with President Bill Clinton
Bill Clinton in one of the most well respected presidents of the USA I've ever had the pleasure to encounter, I am humbled at his strenghs, tenacity and consistency on his driving force to help the less fortunate including Haiti. If you had some doubt about his power to harness the collective efforts of the goodness and the will to help in all of us, this speech remove all of those doubts. Bill you are Godsend to my beloved country.
As an Haitian American and a delegate for 1199 SEIU, I'm so honored and proud to be one of these people who had worked so hard for the election of such a great Man as President Clinton. On behalf of my Country, I pray for you for a long life, and i thank you for your efforts regarding Haiti.
