Here is a song that is typical to the variety of song that the great Haitian band Tropicana D'Haiti has been producing for generation. Mwen pa gen ak pèsonn is just like a poesy in music. I do remember when I was growing up in Cap-Haitian.

I just realized that I was among the few Haitians who lived on the North part of Haiti. We were very privileged to be listening to super music bands such as Tropicana D'Haiti and Septen Trional.

Please take the time to listen to the entire song Mwen pa gen ak pèsonn. The music is easy to understand. It is even easier to dance to. Those are the kind of music that can make yu win some hearts, that is if you know how to dance, by that I meant to say if only you know how to dance like the people coming from Cap-Haitian.
