The President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), Dr. Yves Jean-Bart, is the subject of an investigation by the International Federation of Football Association's (FIFA). He is alleged to be one of several officials of FIFA to have violated FIFA Code of Ethics.
Dr. Yves Jean-Bart, also known in Haiti as “Dadou” by many of his fans, is a well known soccer promoter in Haiti. According to the allegations, he is accused of receiving gift and cash in exchange for giving his vote to Mr. Mohammed Bin Hammam, one of the candidates for the post of president of the association.
According to information received by the “Haitian Joudalist”, at least $40,000 US was distributed between Dr. Yves Jean-Bart and several other officials FIFA officials
