The motherhood bell seems to be ringing in the heart of superstar Rihanna. The "Haitian Joudalist" has learned that she wants to adopt a child from Haiti. Whoever this Haitian child is, he or she will be very lucky to be adopted by the Barbadian R&B recording artist Rihanna.

What has gotten into Rihanna for wanting to adopt a child?

Could it be because Beyonce announced recently that she was pregnant? It seems to me that that probably has much to do with her decision to adopt a child. Rumor has it that Rihanna already asked Beyonce to become the child's godparent. However, whether of not Rihanna is influenced by Beyonce in making the decision to adopt, she should be commended for wanting to make a difference in the life of a poor child in Haiti. 

The report also mentioned that Rihanna currently does not have a man in her life. This to me seems to be hard to believe. it has been reported that since the domestic violence issue with her former boyfriend Chris Brown, Rihanna has been very timid in getting to a romantic relationship.
