Leon Dimanche started to sing at the very young age of 6 when he was already part of his school singing group.
Leon grew-up with 7 siblings. He was constantly listening to his brothers, Robert and Gabriel, playing the guitar
His true talent did not come visible until Leon Dimanche reached the age of 13, that was after his older brother heard him sing.
Leon Dimanche was only 16 when he whore the song Va-t-en. This song proves to be the best song ever produced by a Haitian artist. This song is beautiful in both lyric and music

je m'en souviens de ce jeune homme en Haiti in the early, early 70, il avait une poste de radio qui avait des jours pour chaque program differant , framcais, et
des musiques douce en creole, que moi et mes soeurs ecoutaient, des musiques en espagnol pour mon pere,2 autres jazz plus agee qui jouent jusqu'a present que ma mere aimait bien. SVP donne moi un peu plus de Mr Leon,et je vous merci a l'avance. Merci
