The first citizen of the city of Les Cayes in Haiti is behind bars for assassination attempt.

The actual mayor of the third largest city in Haiti has been accused of attempting to kill Mr. Fito Frazil. According to the report, Haitian authority issued an arrest warrant on the mayor over three Months ago. Obviously, no one was able to enforce the order until now.

The arrest was executed by the Police Nationale D'Haiti (PNH).

The mayor was arrested while he was on his way to meet the Haitian President Rene Preval.
