Haiti is in top five failed states in the world for 2010

According to Foreign Policy Magazine and the Fund for Peace, in 2010, Haiti was among the top Five failed DStates in the world. Haiti was outperformed only by a few nations such as Somalia, Chad, Sudan and Dem. Rep. of Congo.
The organizations do a survey on an annual basis of Failed States. This is based on countries where it is evaluated that their population are in desperate needs. The study also take into consideration the effectiveness of the government to deliver services within those countries as well.
The following is the list of the states that ranked the highest in the Failed States Index, accompanied with their scores:
Number 1: Somalia 113.4
Number 2: Chad 110.3
Number 3: Sudan 108.7
Number 4: Dem. Rep. of Congo 108.2
Number 5: Haiti 108.0
