Michel Martelly visits University Roi Henri Christophe in Limonade

 The project funded by the Dominican Republic in the city of Limonade received a presidential visit on November 10, 2011. University Roi Henri Christophe in Limonade is expected to be open on January 12, 2012, or exactly to years after the 2010 earthquake.
 
 The visit of President Michel Martelly in the Citiy of Limonade in the North of the country to visit University Roi Henri Christophe is in support of the project and it falls into his campaign to promote free education to all Haitian children.
 
 The total cost to build the University is estimated at $50 million an the project is funded by the Dominican Republic. This was one of the promises that the President of The Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernández, made following the earthquake to help Haiti.
 
 When construction ends in January 2012, University Roi Henri Christophe will have seventy two classrooms and be able to accommodate 10,000 students per day.
 
 Martelly wants to use the placement of a major university in the city of Limonade in his plan of decentralization, starting with education.
